Sunshine Away

"You are My Sunshine" is a staple song in our house. Both boys have been rocked to sleep by the hum of that tune on numerous occasions. Connor has always referred to it as "Sunshine Song" and Cooper has dubbed it "Sunshine Away". Cooper's nightly ritual is to rock and sing songs before he goes to bed, always starting with "Sunshine Away". He has gradually started singing along with me, but tonight I noticed that he was singing the entire song with me. It was so sweet, I decided to get the video camera out and thought that all of you might enjoy it as well, and maybe it will add a little sunshine to your day!

We have done a nice job with another brainwashing, as you can tell by the videos. I am starting to think that maybe we need to broaden our scope of likeness to include maybe just a little bit of MIZZOU...it's a hard life being a Jayhawk fan living in MIZZOU land! At least he has one local favorite chant down!
